Upcoming 1624 King County Meeting

The next 1624 Meeting in King County has been scheduled for Thursday, March 8 at the MLK Office. This meeting is the meeting held prior to the quarterly 1624 Consultation Meetings to discuss what two issues Region 2 South will bring to the table. Your 1624 Reps, Tess and Talya, will be there so please come with any questions or concerns you may have as these meetings are used to decide which issues are brought to the Quarterly State-wide Meetings.

Region 2 North: Placement*Best placement for that child and siblings.*Place in the county the child resides in if possible.*Mass emailing for placement.* Centralized Placement.*Get to know your foster parents.

The Next RDS Meeting in Region 2 North is being held March 12th !

The next RDS 1624 Meeting will be held March 12th in Smokey Point at the DCFS Office from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. At this meeting we discuss issues that have come up in our Region North and decide what to take to the table at the Quarterly 1624 Meeting as our two issues.

The next Quarterly 1624 (Foster Parent Statewide Consultation Team) will be meeting on April 23rd. The meeting will take place in Olympia but you can attend also by video conferance in Everett or Seattle (more info to follow).
