Region 2 South Adoption Attorney Referrals

NON-RECURRING FEES AND COST

Attorney Fee*: $500-$600 per child. Some attorneys offer a discounted rate for more than one child being adopted at a time.
King County Court Filing Fee: $250
Ex Parte Court Fee: $35
Birth Certificate: $32/child if born in Washington State.
Copying Fee: $25/$15 certified

*Note: This fee is an estimate. Every attorney sets their own costs. In addition, some attorneys are charging extra for Kent Court adoptions due to the additional time/travel expense involved.  Please contact each provider for a their individual attorney fee.
