For all families and caregivers! Please join us for the 10th Annual Skyway VFW Foster Parent Appreciation Dinner!

The Skyway VFW would like to take an evening to treat foster Parents from the surrounding areas to an evening of dinner and entertainment.  This is our way of thanking you for the work you are doing for our community, and particularly, the children.

Saturday, December 17, 2011 was a cold and sunny afternoon, but as families entered the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center in Seattle Washington, the festive holiday atmosphere inside made everyone feel warm and welcomed.

Fostering Together Distributes School Supplies to Local Foster Children

Sleep Country’s familiar refrain “Not everyone can be a foster parent, but everyone can help a foster child” has once again been sounding on the local airwaves, but have you ever stopped to wonder just where do all these solicited donations go? Sleep Country has recently wrapped up their school supply drive with their clarion call for donations bringing in thousands of items intended for local foster children.
